I'm Petr Kindlmann, and I build and maintain TinImg myself from Kaohsiung, Taiwan. I read every message that comes through this form and reply personally — usually within a couple of business days.
Here's what people usually write in about, and what helps me help you:
- Bug reports. If a file didn't compress or the page misbehaved, tell me your browser and operating system, and roughly what the image was (format and size). Since compression runs entirely in your browser, those details are what let me reproduce the problem.
- Feature requests. Want a format, a setting, or a workflow that isn't here yet? I keep a running list, and a lot of what's on the site started as a message from someone using it.
- Partnership and press. Advertising, integrations, or writing about the tool — happy to talk.
- Privacy questions. If anything in the privacy policy is unclear, ask. The short version: your images never leave your device, because they're never uploaded in the first place.
